The Company commenced demolition in the early 1970’s and carries full demolition insurance. The company has carried out a number of large scale demolitions in addition to detailed and difficult sites, some examples of previous demolitions carried out by the company are:

a) Large Bakery Mills in Dublin 
b) Woollen Mills in Collooney, Co. Sligo
c) Roscommon Jail now converted into apartments

 
More recent demolitions have included the large scale removal of a crushing plant in Arklow, Co. Wicklow.

Demolition is expertly managed and directed by Bertie Hanly who first plans out a method particular and individual to each project, thus ensuring a safe and well actioned demolition.
